The property is located at the northern edge of Occitanie, (Midi-Pyrenees) in the department of Lot. One of the most beautiful and unspoiled regions of France.
Approximately 8 kilometres n-east of the medieval town of Figeac the climb from the valley floor is breathtaking, as you wind your way up to 420 twenty meters above sea level. A route of natural beauty and charm offering excellent motorcycling, panoramic views and an historic château with a story to tell.
The house and outbuildings sit alone on three acres of land that falls away from the ridge, thus allowing wonderful views and stunning sunsets from the patios and balconies.
Access to the property is through a gravelled car park that is locked over night. There is covered parking and an area for bike washing.
The accommodation offers four en-suite bedrooms. The rooms are bright and traditionally decorated, while keeping the needs of the motorcyclist in mind. The living area is a large room with a traditional inglenook fireplace, exposed beams and stonewalls, where a continental self service buffet breakfast is served daily.
After a days riding and sightseeing what could be more relaxing than a cool drink on the terrace while anticipating the delights of the regions fresh produce. A range of soft drinks, beers, wine, evening meals and snacks are available at an extra cost, which can be served al fresco overlooking the valley below.
